INTRA-LRC LOAN
Intra-LRC loan service occurs when certain LRC units require additional book titles to meet the needs of their clientele. This typically involves high-demand books for a specific period, where the available number of volumes is insufficient to accommodate user needs.

Frequently requested or reserved circulation titles are classified as in- demand.

Librarians must identify the in-demand titles through the counter staff and complete the Intra-LRC Loan Request Form.

The Librarian submits the form to the designated colleague for further action.

Librarians may verify the availability of materials across other libraries.

Assess the usage of available materials in the College LRC.

The Librarian must coordinate the Intra-LRC loan and deliver the materials within 7 days.

Books are loaned for the entire semester or as per the agreement between the Librarians.
