Borrowing Privileges

OLFU Students, Faculty, Staff, and Outside Researchers are eligible to borrow books at the LRC.

1. Students, Faculty and Staff

three (3) Circulation books for 7 days/1 week
two (2) Fiction books for 7 days/1 week
one (1) Reserve Book for 2 days
one (1) Reference Book for classroom use only
Students are required to return the borrowed books/materials on time to avoid an overdue penalty.

2. Room Use Only Materials
The LRC develops a robust and up-to-date Reference Collection across various
formats. This collection includes materials such as:

Almanacs, encyclopedias, biographies, dictionaries, handbooks, guides, maps, and atlases.
Journals and relevant magazines.
Audio-visual materials can be accessed on the computers in the Multimedia Area.
Thesis collections.

Proceed to the LRC unit where you intend to conduct your research. Present your valid identification card and official referral letter to the librarian or library staff at the circulation desk and request for the research fee form.
Pay the required research fee of Php 100.00 per person at the Student Financial Office. Secure the official receipt as proof of payment.
Present the official receipt to the LRC unit where you will conduct your research and register your name and details in the researchers’ logbook before using the LRC resources and facilities.
